Rino Johannessen on SoundBetter

Proffesional bassist since 1990, studio owner since 1994. Lot of session work, and done countless tv-shows in Norway sitting in husbands. For many years I did The Nobel Peaze Prize Concerts, and through that I've played with artists like: Seal, Donna Summer, Jennifer Hudson, Ne-Yo, Jason Derulo, Steven Tyler, Nuno Bettencourt, Colbie Caillat..

I´m a Norway-based session bassplayer.
Started out in 1990 as a member of the hard rock group: Dream Police.
I joined the group halfthrough their first album, and are still a member.
We broke up for a long time in 1991, but since then I have been busy playing bass for others.
I have been touring and recording with some of Norway´s biggest stars. To name a few: The Monroes, Odd René Andersen, Henning Kvitnes, Ingrid Bjørnov, Dollie de Luxe, Trine Rein...
Also been doing countless Tv-shows in Norway through the years.

I´m also a owner of Greenroom Studio together with my drummer friend Ole Petter Hansen Chylie.
We can offer you high end recorded files with some of the best mics and preamps on the market.

I can offer you a solid backbeat with a lots of feel/personality to it.

My specialization I think is more of a vintage vibe. Motown, soul, R´nB and pushing the eight´notes in straight forward pop and rock.
