We specialize in music production for original soundtracks, from Pre-production, production to post production of an original score, from live strings recording to a small or electronic ensemble.
Wider Studio Music can cover all the stages of production for an original soundtrack ,from conception to deliver 5.1 Stem files for final dubbing stage. We're also very interested in international collaboration.
We are an Italian team with a very strong international drive. More in detail we can record a real strings section up to 3h of recording. This is a reasonable time amount to record a whole soundtrack that is not strictly based on strings.We will be able for any further recordings to use our studio with no time limitation.
Piernicola Di Muro is the studio owner and founder.
Piernicola graduated in cinema and visual arts at the International Academy of Arts and Sciences of Images, here he studied film making and music for images, he also follow the teaching program of Vittorio Storaro in cinematography, focusing in all the film making process.
Over the subsequent years Piernicola has always broadened his horizons through different music genres, ranging from electronic to orchestral.
He scored several Feature films as well, such as The love is not enought starring Giovanna Mezzogiorno and Islands with Asia Argento, Chlorine in competition at Sundance2015.Recently, Piernicola produced and composed the original scores for several major Italian primetime tv series.
