I've been in the professional audio and music industry for over 29 years, working as a freelance engineer/mixer in studios around Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, CA, and Nashville, TN. I have also toured extensively as a Front Of House engineer, Monitor Engineer, and Production/Tour Manager for several top level artists.
I have a vast amount of experience in all aspects of album production, as well as show/performance production. I owned and operated a commercial recording studio in Southern California for many years before moving to Nashville, and have quite an extensive collection of great audio equipment.
While I'm comfortable working in any genre or production style, I specialize in organic production styles, catering toward full band or musician based productions.
Many of my older credits are listed under my short name of Ryan Hafer, but I've been using my full name of Avery Ryan Hafer as of late.
