Hello there, my name is Luke. I'm a Melbourne-based freelance mixing engineer, live sound engineer, guitarist and bassist. My mixes have been described as warm, punchy and emotionally evoking.
You'll experience quick turn-arounds and affordable pricing on your project with absolutely no compromise on quality.
I have a broad range of experience producing, mixing and mastering a wide scope of music styles; from poignant Folk Music, to grungy Blues Rock, to hard-hitting Hip-Hop. Having the opportunity to jump between projects like these helps keep perspective fresh.
As a working musician, I've played guitar and bass in prog rock, indie folk, funk rock and reggae bands, as well as teaching guitar to around 30 regular students a week.
I've been lucky enough to have worked with ARIA and Grammy winning producers such as Magoo, Mike Howlett and Paul Bromley, and have gained mountains of experience under their guidance. I take influence from mix engineers such as Manny Marroquin, Andrew Scheps and Steve Albini, and musicians like David Gilmour, John Frusciante and Pino Palladino.

Luke gave me great advice in getting the tracks ready for mixing, as some work was required by me before accepting the proposal.
Turnaround times were great, sometimes even same day.
I love the quality of the final mix \m/ - check_circleVerified
