7Hardar did a great job on vocal editing and delivered me the final files with exactly what I'm looking for. Will work with him again!
7Harder deals with the production in a professional way. He is very easy to communicate with and utilized skills to produce the sounds I was looking for. He was also very patient every time I asked for modify specific parts, layers, and vocal editing. He delivered the final project with mastered files, MIDIs, and stems, all clearly labeled. Will definitely come back and do more projects with this guy!
Interview with 7Harder
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Ghost producing EDM, mainly progressive house and future bass. Also mixing and mastering other people's tracks.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Just to name a few: Dubvision, Domeno, DJ Felicity, Nicky Romero, Illenium, 7Skies, Manse, and Kosling.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I Work with the following setup: Asus Laptop I5 8th generation with 8GB of Ram. Focusrite 2I2 2nd Generation KRK KNS 8400 Headphones Bluetooth sound speakers (for comparing in common audio setups)
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: It depends on my role in the song. If I am the engineer, I bring my ears and focus on tones and making sure everything runs smoothly. If I am the producer, I bring vibes and perspective. It could be a switch between technical and artistic needs.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I think my strongest skills is the selection of elements, sounds, and instruments. And make them work together to create a professional sounding song according to the track feeling and vibes.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work mainly with electronic and commercial genres. Pop, Electro Pop, House, and EDM
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Knowing a thousand tips on how to make a track sounds good is useless if you don't know how to apply them to every specific and unique situation.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: This is a good one. But I think I will be good with the basics, Laptop, Audio interface and Headphones. Probably a mouse and a cup of coffee could be nice haha.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Find someone who gets your vision and understand what you want, and help you achieve it.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: There's no such thing as an overnight success, even artist and songs that go viral has a ton of work behind it. In electronic music, a DJ is not the same as a Producer.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. Each has their good side.
