I hired Barrett for his professional advice on my most important project. I wanted the straight truth on what we were doing right and wrong. I believe 100 percent, that is what he gave me. This was my second project with Barrett. I'm finding that I'm going to Barrett when I have a song that I'm not quite happy with yet but I know has some promise and I want to make an investment in it. Not only is a Barrett a great producer with a killer ear but his drumming ability is outstanding and the recording quality of the drums is outstanding as well. Barrett was absolutely brilliant. Not only is he a master of his craft, but he is also a fantastic musician. His instrumental contributions were spot on and spanned the gamut of drums, bass, keyboards, guitar, and slide. Equally as important, collaborating with Barrett was a ton of fun.
