Song and Dance man/Outside the box thinker/Grammy winner/tens of millions streamed monthly
I’ve spent the past 15 years searching for ways to bring out the best in each song. To make them sing.
Professional, experienced, risk taking engineer for hire. Providing hard hitting, outside the box thinking, emotion driven music. Being an avid background vocalist, I’d be happy to lend a voice to compliment your existing vocal tracks too. Living in Nashville, Tennesse, I've gotten to work with some of the best musicians and singers in the world. I happily work across genres but most of my work is rooted in country (traditional and modern), independent rock, and heavy rock.

3rd time for Justin on my songs (there will be more)....and he continues to deliver great mixes. Justin really wants to make his client happy. You can tell that by his timely responses and the work he puts in. No short cuts and a willingness to accommodate you throughout the process of arriving at the mix. I've almost run out of accolades. he is quite simply, a great mixer and a totally dedicated professional.

Justin is the most talented mixing engineer I have had the privilege of working with. He has a remarkable attention to detail and ear for what brings out the best elements a song has to offer, and works very efficiently and with a welcoming professionalism. I hit Justin up on a Saturday night, for a Sunday delivery, and he returned work (with 2 passes of edits) EARLY.
Would 100% recommend and can't wait to work with him again. Justin is one of my favorite engineers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He treats every track like it's the biggest thing he's ever worked on. In addition to his deep audio knowledge and big ears he is a fantastic musician which really helps artists/producers communicate and achieve their vision for each project. I can not recommend Justin enough fro all of your engineering needs!
Justin is hands down the best engineer I’ve ever worked with. He’s laid back, not easily shaken by anything, and incredibly efficient. Moreover, he knows exactly when to and when not to put in his ideas...I’d say he’s the best “sleeper producer” in town in that he finds little ways to finesse ideas, if that’s what you ask of him. I’ve also never seen anyone edit on the fly as fast and cleanly, he can sing like Peter can preach so he’s always good for last minute harmony ideas or overdubs...geez I don’t know what more to say other than hire him. We’ve done two full lengths, an EP, and a 7”.
I’ve had the great fortune to work with Justin in a myriad of different projects over the years in several genres. He possesses a very unique skill set in addition to open ears that allow for him to insert himself into any situation and make it better. I love tracking with him because he’s always at ease and adapts to whatever the session requires of him. Whether or not you’re able to work with him in the studio, you should utilize his experience as a mix or mastering engineer, and his impressive range as a background vocalist. Your project will only improve by hiring Justin.
been working with Justin for many years on a wide variety of genres and projects. he always delivers the best results, whatever the style you may be working in. not only does Justin have a great ear for tone, but he also excels at highlighting dynamics and portraying the mood of each individual track. on top of all that, he is extremely patient and easy to work with. caring sincerely about even the smallest detail.
highly recommended. Can't imagine doing another record without Justin. Amazing communication and willingness to get the best out of the track. He even added background vocals that blew my mind !! Must have.
I've had the pleasure of working with Justin on projects for many years. He's always had an ability to get to the center of my songs, has helped me actualize the sounds I've envisioned, & has thought creatively en route to the finished product. There's a reason why everything I make passes through Justin's desk in some way or another. Whether it's sitting in the room together with the band, pulling it together with a mix, &/or putting the finishing touches on. I can't recommend his work enough. x
Super professional and takes my tracks to the next level every time. Always willing to go the extra mile and somehow brings out new feelings I didn’t know were there ! Highly recommended !
