Nice person to work with and very responsive!
Marzia make on AWESOME work on my mix and master. I really recommend !
I asked Marzia to mix and master my electronic piece of music which I was quite happy with but I had that “there’s something missing “ feeling. I didn’t tell her about my thoughts, but While working together I saw her talent and ability and I decided to open Up. Her advices made it perfect . She replaced a couple of sounds, together we changed bit the arrangement, and discussed the whole structure and ...magic happened.
My music has literally bloomed.
Thank you Marzia!!
Hope to work with you again :)
To meet Marzia was the best thing it could happen.
She worked on my EP. Her elegant taste and her great skills gave that little something extra to my music and I couldn’t be happier and more satisfied .
I hope this was the first of many collaborations together.
Federica is one of the best composer and arranger I have ever known. I'm a musician and composer and she supported me a lot on my first Album with compositions, arrangements and then editing of the tracks. My Album received lot of reviews. She is a talented and professional musician and teacher, really well known in Rome for her competences and care about her works. She is also a kind person and supported me a lot in launching my Album, trusting in me and accompaining professionally and personally. The best you can find!
Federica, believing in my project, arranged my first song, and then another one. Thanks to her deep experience, she taught me how to become a better musician and to find the best way to translate my ideas and feelings into music. She's very sensitive and professional, honestly, one of the best people and musician I've ever met. I recommend her with my eyes closed, you won't regret it!
Federica is one of the best minds I've ever met in music. Arranger, composer and songwriter. Experience and knowledge, combined with a fine ability in understanding your needs and finding the right solution for your specific case. You suddenly feel your work is in good hands. I bet this team will make great things.
I came to Marzia with an idea. She was able To create a beautiful, harmonious, well-balanced final product.
Her enthusiasm, creativity and ability were essential for the project’s success.
Working with her has been an unforgettable experience !
I look forward to making music with her soon again.
Marzia has been my recording and mixing teacher during university time. She didn’t just teach me the techniques but the passion the love and the commitment required to make the difference.
Her elegant taste makes her mixes sound just beautiful...she has SuperPowers
I saw her turning pieces of music from “not a big deal” to “ awesome” by changing the arrangement, choosing the right sounds and mixing them beautifully.
Her technical experience and people skills make her “The producer”
If I was a musician I would gave her all my music, but as a sound engineer I wish I had half of her talent
We've been working together for years now and I feel lucky. Marzia recorded both my albums and I couldn't be more grateful. She's passionate, creative, bold and really focused. She's been a great inspiration for me. I learned a lot in terms of commitment and accuracy.
Interview with Marzia Bulli
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: We can go through the uneasy process of arranging a song based on a songwriting pitch, and we can go further more: record and/or produce instrument tracks and vocal track, as well as mix and master the final product.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: We own a hybrid analogue/digital studio, in which we can obtain the best blend of both worlds, in order to deliver a consistent and market oriented sound. From preamps through pristine AD/DA converters, from EQs and Compressors, through tube summing mixing, we are proud of our chain.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Beware of the number of tracks in a song! The more you add, the more it is easy to miss the focus! :)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: We've been doing this for over 15 years now, and we don't just own the skills, tips&tricks, we share them, teaching students how to become professionals in the mainstream league!
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Making music has always been my job and will always be, I am passionate and i fight until I get a the state-of-the-art product.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: "Sound engineer is the enemy that destroys my work" instead of "the irreplaceable figure that push my work up to pro level".
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: The best of both worlds, to get these ingredients from here and those from there. :)
