Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Focus on the the emotion of the songs.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: First work fast and in broad emotional strokes. When the emotion is right proceed with all the details.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Too many to list here but here are some. Quincy, Daft Punk, Max Martin, The Weeknd, Dave Pensado, Phil Tan, Stargate.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Alot of exciting projects.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will get the records sounding like they should that be mixing or production.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Everyday is different and I get to work with amazingly talented people.

A: How can I best add value to your project?
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Played several instruments since I was 9. Headhunted to Virgin Records Studio at 19. Been producing and mixing for 20 years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Pop and punchy records.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Understanding of international sounding records.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I first get song sounding good with just levels, EQ and Compression with broad strokes. When Im happy with how its sounds dry I will proceed to go into every detail.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. Analog for certain EQs and Comps. UAD and Waves for the rest.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop (Protools and UAD plugins) and Apollo. NS-10 with Sub. Power generator :)
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Drake.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop urban.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Musicality and richness.
