Recently, I worked with two singers. One project was an EDM tune, another a more soulful track. Both singers turned in great performances. But at the back of my mind I wondered how would each song sound if Joseph sang it?
So when I was working on my next song I could only hear Joseph singing it. When I was ready to record I felt a real sense of loss when I read on his profile that he went on vacation. I asked myself what on Earth am I going to do?
Well, wait, of course. Great working relationships are hard to find. It's good to have a pro at the top of his craft on your side. Danny
I have worked with Joseph on numerous occasions. Many of the songs that we have worked on together have been chosen to be on the feature list for Reverbnation. Joseph is extremely talented and will get the sound you are looking for every time. You will not find an easier collaborator. I strongly endorse him for your next project!
I've used Joseph on two my originals and he has done a stellar job! I give him my ruff take and he turns it into a polished demo/hit song. Every person I play the songs for says "who is that singer"? The WAV files he sends me are so clear and strong. He even helped me improve the lyrics on one of the verses. He truly cares about the finished product being awesome! I will continue to use Joseph for vocals. By the way he's an excellent rhythm guitarist too! Thanks, Jim
Joseph produced stunning vocals with harmonies on 12 of my songs. So experienced, he instinctively knows how to get the best from a song. Hard rock to gentle ballads, Joseph captures the meaning, the very heart and soul of a song. Produced on high-end professional recording equipment, giving crystal clear, quality vocals. A pleasure to work with. I simply sent Joseph guide tracks and he returned pure nectar. The only thing that surprises me about Joseph is that he is not a superstar, such an amazing, talented guy, he is certainly a superstar to me.
Highly recommend, book Joseph today.
I've had the pleasure of working with Joseph De Natale on some of my songs and every time, he came through beyond my expectations. Joseph not only enhanced my original chord progressions, but he also added his personal touch to my melodies, which breathed new life into them. Joseph's skills as a musician, producer and singer are so amazing, that without thinking twice, I would recommend his services to friends and others in the music industry, who are looking for professional demos from the best talent on the music scene today....Joseph e Natale.
I have had the pleasure of working with Joseph De Natale (aka Faint Peter). He is currently recording and producing my second solo album. So far he has produced six songs and we will be recording a couple more songs soon here too. Joseph is extremely talented. I don’t play any instruments, I just sing. Therefore Joseph has tackled all the instruments for my songs. He has also added some harmonies on some songs too. I have enjoyed hearing Joseph’s work on this album so far, and I am excited to hear the final product. I strongly recommend Joseph as a producer. He is absolutely brilliant!
Interview with Joseph De Natale
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work out of my home studio. When working on vocals, I use a sound treated room, isolation headphones, and a professional-level signal chain (Neumann TLM103 -> Audient ASP800 -> Cubase 10) to get high-quality recordings.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I most commonly provide lead and harmony vocals to my clients. Oftentimes I will sing an existing lyric and melody, but I also do a fair amount of writing. I am particularly fond of contributing my own harmonies and background vocal ideas to the arrangements.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Singing and songwriting.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: The song is king. No amount of production can make a bad song sound like a great one.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will overdeliver, every time, and I won't be satisfied until you are.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring my ear for melody and harmony, my intuitive sense for arrangement and dynamics, and my desire to make every project something special.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Listen to samples of past work. Does it fit the style you are looking for? Then, ask questions. Make sure you feel like you are in good hands.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: For vocal and production projects, I generally like to have a few reference tracks so that I know what kind of sounds the client has in his/her head before I begin. Reference tracks are the easiest way for me to know that I'm on the same page as my client.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital, because it's what I know and it's generally more affordable. If I could work more with analog gear, I would.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I have projects for clients ongoing at almost all times, but personally, I am finishing up my next record of original music, which I wrote, recorded, and produced.
