Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: Not on Soundbetter yet, but I co-wrote the topline of "Weekend" for K-Pop super star Taeyeon and that's been such a great experience: the love and respect from the fans and the industry is unmatched. The songs It also opened new doors for me in the music industry in any genre. a Platinum selling single and over 77 million streams on Spotify and 200 million in South Korea. With over 250K+ physical copies worldwide and 225K+ digital sales in China, cementing it as one of the best-selling solo K-pop releases. Her Platinum album "INVU" peaks #1 Worldwide iTunes Album, #3 Best Selling 2021 Korean Singles, single peaks #1 in 17 countries on iTunes, #2 Gaon Digital Chart, #4 on Billboard K-Pop Hot 100, #5 on Billboard K-Pop Top 100 and Top 9 for 20 weeks, #6 on Billboard US World Digital Songs, #2 on Top 50 - Spotify South Korea. In the Top 5 on the Korean Music charts MelOn, Genie, Flo and Bugs for 6 months. "Weekend" was named one of the best K-pop songs of 2021 by Billboard and NME. It received nominations for Artist of the Year – Digital Music Gaon Chart Music Awards, Digital Bonsang at the 36th Golden Disc Awards, and Best Dance Performance – Solo and Song of the Year at the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

A: Rapper's album who's name I can't mention, couple K-Pop artists who's name I can't mention, Pop/Soulful project and my own Pop Rnb artist project Misha Angèle

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: I produce my vocals, not instrumentation. I don't play any instruments but basic piano.

A: What is your timeline? Can you describe exactly what you need: vocals only or a full written song and vocals? What's the song's structure? What parts do you need to be written & sung (vers, pre, chorus, post chorus, bridge)? Do you need backing vocals and adlibs? How many doubles do you need? Whats the vibe of the song? Do you have a vocal / lyric / melody reference?

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Listen to the music I released already under my own artist project Misha Angèle and for other artists and trust me doing my job professionally and with high quality. Clear communication with description and referesnes of what you're looking for is recommended to meet your expectations.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: My Mac, mic, SSL2, headset and keyboard.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I've been working in the luxury and fashion industry for over a decade until it didn't fulfill me anymore. Left my corporate job to dive into music as I've been singing since I'm 4 years old. With no music education, I discovered songwriting and fell in love with it and that's been my focus the last decade. While winning Songland, I dropped my very first single "In Love" which went viral in 2025 and so now I'm releasing music under Misha Angèle too.

A: Would love to work with Max Martin, Pharrell, Kendrick Lamar, Jack Michael Antonoff, Doechii and Olivia Dean. These are the G.O.A.T.S to learn the best from!

A: Record without any autotune. It totally messes up with melodies if you want to be free and go beyond the key you're working in.
