Sound is everything, any style, melodic awareness, responsibility and respect.
Ricardo Pinzon is a panamanian guitarist based in David, Panama. After spending 3 years in Argentina studying Jazz guitar and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of music (2017) he came back to his motherland to spread music everywhere around but without losing connection with the world by recording, arranging, composing and teaching in the distance. The love for all music led him to develop proficiency playing most styles, going from Jazz to Bossa Nova passing through Metal and Boleros, Latin Music, Rock, Folk even Electronic music and always looking to internalize many more. Communication, responsibility and commitment to the client is prime in his work as well as musicality and freshness. Don’t hesitate in making contact.

I gave him the song, along with notes on what I was looking for.
He went off and brought back something that was both what I asked for and so much more. He is one of those players who delivers the melody, not acquiescing to just play it correctly. If you don't know what I am talking about, then you haven't heard many great musicians. There is life in his fingers and a song in his head.
Seriously, stop reading and hire him.
Ricardo responded very quickly and understood exactly what I needed. He had great musical ideas for my song and was very professional and east to work with. I will be working with him again!
Ricardo was professional and quick. Solid communication and playing. Highly recommend.
Ricardo is an excellent musician. A Very knowledgeable guitar player with a great touch and great personality. I highly recommend him for any work and I am sure we will work again soon.
At 68 years of age, I decided to tackle acoustic guitar. For the past year+, Ricardo Pinzon has patiently (I play left handed) taught me chord progressions, bar chords, major and minor scales and pentatonic scales, blues notes, muting, rhythm, music theory...and more. He said that if I did my homework and practiced, I would play. I am playing (!) and gaining more confidence each day. Watching Ricardo play so beautifully is strong encouragement to keep pushing. Ricardo is guiding me on writing a piece of music that I have composed. Ricardo is part of my music journey.
