SHARON Singer/Songwriter
Sharon Studied Classical Voice and Contemporary Voice with world
renowned Vocal Teachers such as Seth Riggs, Cecelia Memede, and
Stormy Sacks. She Studied for 4 years at the prestigious San Diego
School Of Creative and Performing Arts. From there she went on to
study another 4 years at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles,
Where she continued her study in Voice, Dance, and Acting. Sharon
was the winner of the 2002 Spotlight Awards, Where she was chosen
to perform at the famous "Dorothy Chandler Pavilion" At the Music
Center in downtown L.A. SHARON,has generated a buzz around town because of her vocal
and songwriting prowess. To date, SHARON has showcased her
voice on shows such as "Cold Case", Background for American Idol,
And the T.V show GLEE. And also was the grand prize winner of $220,000 on the hit FOX
television show Performing As... Where she played the top "diva"
herself, Ms. Aretha Franklin. Sung the National Anthem at the
Hollywood Bowl. She was the guest singer for the Milikan Foundation
and has also appeared on the show "30 seconds to fame". SHARON
has traveled around the world singing and boasts a veteran's list of
credits including lead and background vocal director for Mary J Blige,
Lauryn Hill, Jordin Sparks, Idina Menzel, Patti Labelle, The Voice, American Idol and more

Sharon Younnblood is on of the rear performers that not only is a great entertainer. She is a great vocalist. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I wrote all of the vocal arrangements and all the backgrounds for the hit “Stand By You” by Rachel Platten
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I. Singing background for Mary J blige Leading worship at my church.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Yes my colleague Audio Unitz, He’s an incredible Music Producer and Studio owner and we work together on everything.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog because of the feeling. I’m big on how things feel and analog has always given me the feeling of warmth and soul.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will do what I say I will do, again I’ve been doing this a long time. I, very easy going and will do my best in everything I do.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Music is apart of my DNA, I live and breath it. I love adding my flare to a song and seeing it come to life. And I love the feeling people get when they are engulfed with music.

A: Please be professional, I will give 100% and I would love the same in return.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A note pad, a Sm58 mic and a sound system
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I’m a singer professionally, and I’ve been doing it for 20years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I have a lot of soul, but my voice is unique in the way you can’t tell what nationality I am, I am well rounded.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: My favorite is Mary J Blige, I’ve been singing with her for 6 years now and she’s kind and humble and professional. I learn slot from her.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Think on your feet and always be professional.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on all styles, from Pop, to country, to folk, to Gospel.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My vocal ability, I have a wide range and I can pretty much tackle anything.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring SKILL, I’ve been a professional singer/songwriter for 20 years and I’ve sung with thr best of them so I know what I’m doing.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I work quickly, once I get In the studio I can knocked out a song pretty quickly. I like to asses the project and jump right in.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love the epic ness of Coldplay and John Mayer. I love how big Celine Dion vocals are. Love all styles of music.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do a variety of things. Whatever the client needs. I demo any style of song, I can re-do vocals I’d there are already a vocal on the record. I can voice match a vocal reference. I vocal arrange background vocal parts for any style. I make sure the vocals are mixed and professional. I also songwrite, I come up with cool melodies and lyrics for songs that need a tuneup.
