I have worked with Troels Henriksen 3 times as an artist. Two songs he did mixing and mastering on, and the 3rd song he produced as well. The mixing and mastering was done on a very high level every time. His extremely well-trained ears and his knowledge of theory really shows in the quality of the work he does. The quality of sound is about as close to a Hollywood studio sound you can come without going there.

I've been working with Troels for about 2 years now. He's a great mixing engineer that really brings every sound to it's maximum potential I must say.
When it comes to vocals, I was first sceptic since I know my vocals are easy to destroy, but he just understands frequencies and have a great hearing for vocals.

He's a big fan of saturation, distortion, loudness and will definitely join your song into a loudness war with finess.

Troels as a person is very easy going, friendly with great communication skills. He taught me that what comes in comes out. True!

A while back, I sent Troels a few songs for mix. Since then, he’s definitely my go-to mixing engineer.

The end results always exceed all expectations. He takes the time to understand the different songs, of diverse genres and really deliver the kind of sound I have in mind. The one just cannot reach myself.

I’m confident in that whatever song I send Troels, it will get a pleasant and satisfying facelift. He is also very service minded, passionate and fun to work with!
