Vocalist with a strong, expressive voice, distinctive tone, wide vocal range, and expressive melismatic phrasing, focused on melody and emotional delivery.
I am a multilingual vocalist, songwriter, and topliner with a background rooted in rock, particularly grunge, which shaped my raw vocal identity and emotional delivery.
My sound has since evolved into alternative and modern styles, while also drawing on my Greek musical influences in melodic phrasing and vocal expression.
I work across rock, alternative, and pop, with a flexible, song-driven approach — I adapt my voice and writing to the identity of each track rather than staying in one genre.
I write and perform in English, French, and Greek, focusing on strong hooks, natural phrasing, and memorable melodies.
My perspective has been shaped by living in Greece, Switzerland, and Los Angeles, giving me a broad understanding of different music scenes and creative cultures.
I also produce my own music and continue to develop my sound through personal projects.

Interview with Asimina
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Singles to release
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Walter Jeworski
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is to give each song the attention it deserves — to build vocals, melodies, and lyrics that truly serve the emotion of the track, and deliver clean, ready-to-use stems with care and intention.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What I love most is the freedom this job gives me, and the moment when a vocal idea appears and a song starts to take shape. Turning something abstract into a melody, a voice, and an emotion feels very natural to me, and it’s really satisfying to see a track come to life.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: A big misconception is that toplining or vocal creation is just “singing on top of a track.” In reality, it’s a creative process of building melodies, shaping phrasing, and finding the emotional identity of the song.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I ask about the vibe of the track, references they like, and whether they need just vocals, or also melody and lyrics.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Come with a clear idea of the emotion or direction you want the song to have, even if it’s just a reference or a feeling. From there, I can take care of building the vocal, melody, and lyrics in a way that fits the track naturally. The more open the collaboration is, the more I can bring my intuition and creativity into the process.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Mac, Apollo Twin audio interface, Blue Baby Bottle microphone, Audio-Technica headphones, and a guitar.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: ’m self-taught and have been working in music for about 11 years. I started as a singer in a rock band that I put together, and very quickly moved into songwriting and composition because I wanted to create my own material. About 5 years ago, I started producing my own music and developing my sound independently. Since then, I’ve been focused on building my skills across singing, writing, and production.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is dark and atmospheric, with strong bass-driven production and emotional, vocal-led songwriting. My voice has grit and intensity when it’s needed, but also softness and control when the song calls for it. I’m drawn to moody, immersive sounds and expressive melodies.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Rosalía because she brings together traditional flamenco roots with a very modern, forward-thinking approach to music. I come from a Greek musical background with similarly modal influences, so I feel there’s a shared sensitivity in how we approach melody and expression. I’m also drawn to artists who create their own lane rather than following trends, and that’s the direction I’m developing in my own work as well.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Start with the core idea — the main groove or central musical feeling — and make sure it already works emotionally on its own before adding anything else.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I started in rock music and I’m now expanding into modern alternative sounds, including electronic and more atmospheric styles. My work focuses on emotion, strong melodies, and vocal-driven songs.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my musical intuition and ear — I naturally understand what a song needs, from melody and vocals to production, and I shape things in a very instinctive and expressive way.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring strong melodic intuition and an instinctive way of building vocals that serve the emotion of a song. I focus on expressive lead vocals and creating melodies that feel immediate and natural. My vocal range is quite wide — I can sing very low and also very high — which allows me to create contrast, dynamics, and emotional depth in a performance. I also have a very distinctive vocal tone, which gives my voice a specific identity and character. Combined with my instinct for phrasing and delivery, I aim to create vocals that feel honest, human, and emotionally connected.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: From the moment I hear the track, a vocal idea usually comes very quickly — I don’t really “test” ideas, I just start singing and building it. I begin with vocalises and a rough melodic direction, then quickly shape the vocal line and write the lyrics around it. I refine and adjust as I go, focusing on what serves the song best. Once the structure feels clear, I fine-tune the performance — phrasing, word endings, and placement — to make sure everything feels natural and intentional. I finish by adding harmonies or layers if the track needs it, then edit and deliver clean, ready-to-use vocal stems.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I record and produce in Logic Pro X using an Apollo Twin interface. My main vocal mic is a Blue Baby Bottle, and I monitor with Yamaha HS5 studio monitors and ATH-M50x headphones.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I’m inspired by artists like FINNEAS, PJ Harvey, Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish, Sevdaliza, and Rosalía. I love how they all have such strong identities — emotionally honest songwriting, distinctive vocal worlds, and a clear sense of atmosphere and storytelling in their music.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I take your track and build the vocal around it — writing melodies and lyrics, recording the lead, and adding harmonies or layers when the song needs it, then delivering clean stems ready to use.
