I've been mixing music for almost 30 years. In 2002, I graduated from the Audio Engineering Program at The New School, in NYC. After a few years I started offering Mastering services, and the response has been gratifying. I've professionally mixed/mastered thousands of tracks over the last two decades, but a highlight would be mixing John Legend.
I am an Audio Engineer, and I specialize in Mixing and Mastering online. Other services offered "in real life" include recording, and music production.
I am also an award winning songwriter, and film composer.

Endorse dna-productionsInterview with dna-productions
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I've scored several feature films that I'm very proud of.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: It's all about the music.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Am I flexible on pricing? It depends on the project and timeline. If you want something enormous by tomorrow morning, it's gonna be full price!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Some musicians fail to see the value in a good mix, but a bad mix can cost you your one shot.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Listen to past work, communicate clearly what you're looking for, and narrow down your search to 2-3 professionals you really like.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: A few new album releases for 2020.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Rudiger Vocals is terrific for male rock vocals.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Depends on the situation.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Satisfaction guaranteed, or we keep working on it until it's perfect.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Timeline, Budget, Expectations, etc.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Satellite phone, Handgun, Flare, Tent, and Lighters.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started off as a songwriter/performer, but quickly preferred the studio to the stage. Writing, mixing, and producing for almost 30 years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Clean, and purposeful.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Bjork, Beck, and Trent Reznor are some of the most innovative musicians that I'd love to work with.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always use a pop filter on vocals!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Rock, Pop, World, Acoustic, Cinematic.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: People trust me with their art, their babies, and I try to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Everything I do serves the song. Unless instructed otherwise, it's not a showcase for how good you can sing or play guitar, it has to serve the song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Most importantly, we need to make sure we're on the same page, and that I understand your vision clearly. Otherwise we will be wasting both of our time.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: It's a professional home studio setup. It's a separate dedicated room for music, not just part of my living room.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Always inspired by Brian Eno, Daniel Lanois, Flood, Quincy Jones, and countless others.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Remotely, most of my work is mixing and mastering. Locally, it's also recording and producing.
