Franccesco Cardenas of Typ3 Records here, Just dropping a bit of my origin story for ya. I grew up in Miami Florida in the 80's and now live in Oakland, California. With Nicaraguan roots and musical influences spreading from electronic, tribal, jazz, rock, minimal, and soundscapes I began mixing music / DJing in the early 2000s and have had the privilege of not only performing at large scale productions but also teching them. So you can say all my years have made me eager to work with a wide variety of artists. In 2004 my desire to more deeply understand the qualities and physics of sound led me through my engineering foothold of SAE in Miami Beach. Even beyond the studio I'm constantly immersing myself to new sounds, multiple genres, events, venues, sights, tastes, anything and everything plays part to influence my musical soul.
In 2014 along with my label mates Luke Hunter and Alex Zinn we co founded Type3 Records, an international electronic music label with hundreds of solid tracks and amazing artists from all around the world. Cut to today, I am now looking to provide my time and efforts to your visions and projects.
