When it comes to producing and mixing records I consider myself to be a perfectionist and I take my time to get the track sounding the best it can. When working on other people's records I pay the same attention to detail and treat them as though they were my own. My goal is to make my clients happy and I believe in creating good long term relationships.

Chris is a professional, he knows what you are looking for and how to do it. He’s friendly and creative. I trust him 100% and so should you!!
Chris made a great job. He was clear, precise and fast at finishing the mastering. He also sent me feedback and some very useful tips about the track. I would work with him again.
I have worked with Chris multiple times over the last 8 years and always found his work to have been of the highest standard. As a mix and mastering engineer, he is second to none and has worked on several high profile projects for us. Alistair (Whoa Promo)
Have been working with Chris for the past 2 years now for mixing and mastering. Always works super fast, and is easy to work with. On top of that, I can always count on Chris as being the last round of production and mixing advice before finishing a track. Highly recommend working with Chris for any type of project!
One of the best!
Chris is a great person to work with, creative, dedicated and 100% professional. Looking forward to the next project!
Another great experience working with Chris! He really took on board what I was trying to achieve and went the extra mile to get me there.
I've been working with Chris for years, he's a pro, very responsive, easy to work with, always delivers what he promises on time, has helpful and creative suggestions, and mixes it all up with a great sense of humor too. I would recommend Chris Dececio highly.
I have worked with Chris for several years and he's the only person I trust with my vocals - trustworthy and knows exactly what he is doing. Also as radio producer at the BBC, sound quality is at the top of my priority list so I know if Chris has mixed and mastered the track I look forward to hearing it on the BBC Radio 1 airwaves.
I am a singer songwriter and producer, 2 times best selling artist in the Middle East. I have worked on several occasions with Chris. The result is super satisfactory. What I like about Chris is how easy and smooth it is to work with him. U send a brief, Chris nails it and the job is Done.
Chris has mixed and mastered pretty much everything I’ve done in the last two years. He is incredibly meticulous and cares about the final product as if it was his own. He really does sprinkle a bit of magic on my productions. This has gotten them club and radio ready and definitely been a huge factor in getting tracks signed to labels. Nothing is too much trouble!
I’ve worked with many producers and my experiences with Chris have been by far the easiest. He knows what sounds good objectively and seems to have high standards for his work. Little direction was required from my end and if it was, it was usually personal preference.
Chris is a real pro and and am really happy with the results. I really like that he is a very experienced and knowledgeable producer and there appreciates the full process and knows what a record needs to get that last 10% more.I have had Chris stem master one of my official remixes for Atlantic US and mixdown a release for Warner. Chris was very accomodating even when deadline was tight.
I've had Chris master 3 dance/pop albums, he is fast and ultra professional, specializes in electronica not rock&roll like most engineers. I'm so glad I found his online ad at gearslutz.com because I eventually hired him (will full confidence!) to drive 2 hours and purchase a very special piece of gear for me in the UK and ship it, he completely delivered! Only way I was going to get that EMS 2000 vocoder! Thanks Chris!
Top notch producer and had some great success with our collabs.
Interview with Chris Dececio
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital sounds just as good these days and is much more convenient for recalling settings. I do have real valves though if you particularly want your music passed through them ;)
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will treat your music as if it was my own and try my very best to make you happy with it
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Reference tracks are very useful
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Just drop me a message with what you're looking for. Include an mp3 of your track(s) if possible
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Started off writing tracks and teaching myself how to mix them. Had my first airplay on BBC Radio 1 when I was 21 and I've been releasing records ever since! Managed to have a Radio 1 of the week and a US Billboard no.1 single along the way. Also been nominated for a couple of awards recently
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Clean, crisp, full and ready for radio
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't get caught up chasing the latest software & plugins - master the ones you have!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Usually electronic music but also happy to work with more acoustic styles
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I'm creative as well as being very experienced with technology. I'm currently writing & producing tracks for the likes of EMI, Universal, BMG, Warner/Chappel, Sony etc and I listen to the radio every day so I know what works
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I regularly hear my tracks on the radio and in clubs so I know exactly how a final master will translate to them
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Mac Pro running Logic Pro X. Loads of plugins and a few bits of hardware
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mixing electronic/dance/pop tracks... followed by mastering. I also do a lot of vocal production followed by mastering
