Working interdisciplinarily and in multiple genres is elementary for a full-circle approach of music and audio production. I explored the entire landscape of music and audio production. State-of-the-art technology a My motivation is not only to make music happen on the highest possible level but also to comprehend the theory of acoustic perception.

Since 2014, I am a member of GKG Mastering, the preferred engineer in the studio of mindcontrol productions and a freelancer at the Gasteig München GmbH.

I offer audio services for all genres: recording, mixing and production with analogue and digital equipment and the highest quality instruments. I prefer setting the tone of a production before going into the computer and finalizing the sound digitally. However, the sound neccessary demands the style of my productions.

Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When I´m working with musicians and artists, there is always a new way to be found. The process in making a piece of music truly original is never typcial. I commit to the vision of the artist.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: The studio at "mindcontrol productions" offers a wide range of possibilities in the productions process. With a broad bandwidth of microphones, pre-amps, compressors, equalizers and much more almost every tone can be achieved. The website offers a brief glimpse into the facilites. www.mindcontrolproductions.com The studio at "GKG Mastering" is one of the most linear sounding rooms, I have ever heard. The acoustics costumized for the latest model B&W speakers, the digital and analogue gear comined with the expert ear of Ludwig Maier is an unapologetic commitment to audio quality.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: As a mixer, I´m inspired by the work of Tom Elmhirst. He is always focused on the best outcome for the music and his skills and character never get in the way of the art. As a musician and producer, I´m inspired by many genres and styles. Music is an expression of character and culture. Classical composers like Tschaikowsky are as appealing as Skrillex, FKA Twigs or The Foo Fighters.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do a lot of recording and mixing according to the needs of my customers. Everything from recording and producing in a state-of-the-art recording studio at "mindcontrol productions" to mobile recording in the field with only the highest quality equipment is possible. I also assist at GKG Mastering for the Mastering Engineer Ludwig Maier. Experiencing the complete process of audio production has added significantly to my vision and understanding of music.
