Hello, thank you for checking out my profile.
I have been grateful to have been working professionally in the music industry for more than 10 years. As a full member of the MPG, I've been involved in some great projects over the years in various roles as musician, producer and engineer. I currently work from my project studio at Palmrecordings, London UK doing a lot of mix and mastering projects (MFiT registered) but there is also the opportunity to do music production (for film and advertising) and audio recordings for overdubbing or music with the added acoustically treated vocal/instrument booth.
As a trained pianist as well as being a certified Protools HD Expert Music and Protools HD Operator in Post Production I believe I am able to offer a combination of musicianship and engineering to bring out the best quality of work. I believe that being able to work with music and audio is the best thing and that it is very much a team effort to create the best results. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and to help you with your project needs.

Coeanraad was suggested to me by my producer, and what a great decision that was! He really brought out the nuances of my EP, making each tracking really sharp. Coenraad's work has made the EP feel absolutely top quality and it's by far the best end product I've ever had. 100% will work with Coenraad again!
How do you know if a mastering engineer is doing a good job? He makes your mix sound better. Coen did just that. I hope to be collaborating more in the future.
I’ve been lucky enough to work with Coen on two mastering projects now, and both times he’s been professional, efficient and attentive. His abilities elevate even the most lacklustre recording to a commercially viable product. I thoroughly recommend his services. Can’t wait for the next EP!
I’ve worked with Coen on my EP which he co-produced, mixed and mastered.
The whole experience fron initial meets to delivered EP was amazing.
Coen understands music and arguebly even more importantly, people. This meant that he could deliver something tangible from my ramblings that will stay with me for life.
Amazing guy, can't wait to work with him again. Paul Child
It was an absolute joy working with Coen. He did a brilliant job on the two tracks we did together, working to a very tight schedule whilst recording many different instruments including wind and strings. He's very easy to get along with and made everyone feel comfortable and creative. He also came up with great arrangement ideas. Highly recommended!
Coen is a complete treasure to work with. He knows what he's talking about, has an impeccable ear, and is completely aware of how best to encourage and produce any artist's vision. Highly recommend.
I worked with Coen as he produced, recorded and mixed an EP. His attention to detail was fantastic and he sat in on rehearsals before the sessions to help us arrange and develop the songs before tracking. For me as a drummer, Coen was able to make the session really comfortable and direct in a way to get great takes that I am proud to have been a part of. Would highly recommend!
Brilliant to work with, efficient and of course fantastic at his job!
I worked with Coen as part of a commission made by Unilever for a potential Persil advert. From the first introduction he was so much fun, and has been one of the most exciting people ive had the pleasure to work with. His knowledge, ease, organisation, skill and attention to detail to create utter perfection is truly inspiring. He's a genius!
Coen was one of most committed and talented students we had on the MA Audio Production at University of Westminster. His ability to work well under pressure, multitask and produce work of professional standards is second to none. Man of many talents and skills, Coen is able to creatively deliver wide range of projects.
Coen is a Pro Tools wizard with wonderful ears and great musical taste! Fully recommend!
Without doubt, the most meticulous & diligent producer that I've had the pleasure of working with. Whatever the brief, I know that Coen will go to any lengths possible to understand, and deliver, exactly what is required. Ive seen him turn his hand to an incredible array of styles & genres, while always maintaining an incomprable level of quality.
I've worked with Coen on a couple of projects & found it EASY! He was very organised & detailed. I've never been disappointed with the results I got from working with him. I would recommend Coen for any project your working on.
Coen and I have worked together for several project for over ten years. What I like about working with Coen is we brainstorm about every possible aspect of the song and keep on trying to make the idea of the song clearer. It's always a great pleasure to work with him, very easy in the communication and I woud like to recommend him highly.
I've reached out to Coen for mastering jobs a few times now, and he consistently delivers outstanding work. He goes the extra mile to deliver a truly professional sound, providing that extra finish while keeping the character of the original track, always with friendly and transparent communication. I recommend him highly for your next project!
Interview with Coenraad Dingemans
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop, rock, electro, singer songwriter
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Being organised to make sure the session/work goes smoothly and delivering work on time.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: It is key to figure out what the song is all about. This means understanding the emotion behind it. From a sound design I do my best to bring that emotion further and tell a story.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: First I try to get a good understanding what the artist wants and where they want to go. It is essential to understand eachother very well at this stage. Mostly this involves listening to the demo's or finished recordings a lot. When agreeing on the scope of work I start mixing/mastering the track and send it back within the agreed timeframe.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I basically have two studios. One studio is my static studio with outboard gear, proper monitoring (acoustics). The other one is my mobile studio for recordings, production and mix/edit work when moving.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Musicians who have found their voice and music production who have created their own signature style.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mostly I do mainly Mastering and Mixing work but enjoy producing as well.
