JUSTIN GAMMELLA is a Platinum and Gold-selling producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Los Angeles. Justin's songwriting and production can be heard on records from Bella Poarch’s hit single “Build a Bitch” to releases with Benson Boone, Lennon Stella, Ashe, Rosie Darling, Salem Ilese, Madison Bailey, Lizzy McAlpine, Tiny Habits, Steve Aoki, Lauren Jaregui, Jake Scott, Shallou, and Vicetone, among others. Justin has an incredible knack for taking a good song and making it undeniable—turning great into a hit with sharp instincts and a deep understanding of songcraft. This is a skillset he honed for years starting as a founding member of the band Royal Tongues, where he acted as a writer, producer and touring band member. My first love is making music with artists I care about deeply and diving into all things music. My second love is helping artists, producers, and songwriters get better—sharing knowledge, perspective, and feedback that actually makes a difference. I’m a terrible liar, so you’ll always get my 100% honest opinion. That doesn’t mean I’m always “right,” but I’ll tell you what I would do, what I hear, and the kind of choices that have worked for me throughout my career. My goal is to give you feedback that’s clear, constructive, and actionable—not vague. For each SoundCheck, you’ll pick one area you’d like me to focus on: Songwriting — lyrics, structure, melody Production — arrangement, recording, engineering, pre-mix ideas Mixing — balance, clarity, notes on how to push it further Vocals — performance, layering, technique, emotional delivery Career Advice — questions about the industry, direction, or next steps Here’s how it works: You send me your track (demo, voice memo, or finished song) and choose the area you want feedback on. I’ll listen as much as I need to and give you straightforward, detailed notes that you can actually use to level up your music and your process.
