Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I made an album with Alex Clare that hasn't come out yet of ancient jewish melodies which is just beautiful, I also worked with Kutiman on the Princess Shaw project which was moving.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: a couple of great musicians from Nashville sent me about 12 tracks and I'm having a lot of fun playing on their music

A: Yoed Nir the cellist, we sometimes work together
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. It's just easier
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: That I'll treat their music with utmost respect and give my best
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The Music that comes to life with my strings and the depth it gives it
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: What's the soonest I can get the tracks...:) Usually it's within a week unless I;m on tour
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That one person can't sound as good as a section. I think the results are amazing!

A: What style of string arrangment would you like? are there any songs you can give me as a reference...
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Try to get a feel for the person behind the profile
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My violin,mandolin, guitar, acoustic amp and looper :)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I studied alot of classical music, and went to the Berklee college of music to learn jazz, harmony and improv

A: Classical\Ethnic\Jazzy
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Anyone who make nice music...I just love helping people sound better
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always listen to the music between the notes, if the music needs something it will tell you...
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Songs, music for films
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I think the feel I have as a player combined with my experience and knowledge of populkar music sets me apart from other string players...
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I think I can upgrade any piece of music with harmony, groove and melody
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I get the song from the artist and sometimes they send requests....Then I write the arrangment as I;m recording and record multi layers on top of the lines I like...
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use a Neumann U-87 and a NEVE preamp...It sounds amazing. I own a scarampella 1903 Violin and a nice German Viola as well
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love what Beck does with strings, but my main inspiration would have to be Nick Drake and offcourse all the classical music I played
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: If someone has a song or an instrumental piece they're working on, I can give them a beautiful string section with great melodic lines and harmony for a fraction of the cost of an arranger & live ensemble....
