I come from a symphonic background, so I’m well versed in standard notation/chart reading as well as playing by ear with a natural sound. I’m extremely driven and like to keep a maximum 3-4 day turnaround time depending on my schedule.

Hi, I'm Cicely Parnas. I'm a cellist who specializes in writing/recording/arranging string melodies and parts in many different styles including pop, rock, cinematic, folk, house, and more. I went to conservatory for cello performance, and played in Carnegie Hall, the trailer for Netflix's The Prom, Nike ads, and with Shawn Mendes on MTV Unplugged.

I love to play guitar and give life to the original idea. Each work is my passion and I put the best for each song.

I wear a few hats; I've been producing music for ten years, I can do remote mixing, I can play five instruments, and I'm a singer/song writer. I've also worked for 7 years as a freelance video director and editor; whatever job you need done I can help you with.
