I record bespoke drum and percussion tracks from my studio, Brookwood Recording. I have a huge collection of drums, cymbals and percussion instruments to suit a wide range of styles and genres. I also have an excellent collection of vintage and modern microphones in my collection, to achieve the perfect sounds you are after for your project.
In 2000 I started my career as a percussionist musician and later as a drummer (Latin music, Afro-Cuban, Latin Jazz). 10 years later I had already set up my own recording studio, where I began to compose and record beats, rhythm sections (analog and digital) and soundtracks for various audiovisual formats.
I gained experience while being producer/engineer for Post Animal, and other artists in the Chicago/Midwest area. I have evolved into an eclectic style, blending classic sounds with modern processes to taste - often complimented on the depth and live energy of my mixes. Always down to insert myself but I know how to be transparent!
