I've played for many greats, like J. Fraites of the Lumineers, Natalie Merchant, Brad Mehldau- including his Grammy-winning Best Album Finding Gabriel, for which I also hired the other strings. I recorded remotely for the Bafta-winning Best Score of Mood on BBC. I arrange, produce and mix with the aim of taking your music to its highest potential.
Multi-genre expert session vocalist & writer. 10+yrs training with vocal coach Ron Anderson (The Weeknd, Adele, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Byork, Selena Gomez). Berklee College of Music Graduate. Vocals featured on HBO, Disney Channel, Netflix & ABC shows as well as various commercials, films, trailers, video games & other forms of popular media.
Jason Richmond is a Grammy nominated producer, engineer and mixer who has worked with such artists as The Avett Brothers, Joe Henry, The Steep Canyon Rangers, Kate McGarry, The Bad Plus, and The Foreign Exchange. Jason is grateful to work with talented musicians in beautiful spaces and be a part of the creative alchemy that brings forth a record.
