I have been playing and writing music for over 15 years. In 2011 I earned a bachelors degree at Full Sail University for audio engineering.

Hey, Im Kody Orris. I want to work on your next project. I am a Tracking, Mixing, and Mastering engineer based in Columbus Ohio. I also spend lots of my time working on film sets as a Boom Operator, Sound Recordist, or sometimes both at once. I am a graduate of Capital University With a Bachelors of Music in Music Technology and was Chair of AES.

Professional, efficient, and impressive. As a mixing engineer I am active listening, constantly trying new things, and never giving up on a mix. As a mastering engineer, I am meticulous, precise, and perfectionistic.

I have been a musician for 10 years. I am proficient in Saxophone, guitar, bass, and music theory concepts. I attended Capital University as a Music Education major, and then changed majors to a Music Technology degree. As part of Capital's Music Technology program, I also attended the Recording Wokshop in Chilicothe, OH.

I'm passionate about creating the music artists hear in their heads. My definition of a successful mix is one that elicits emotion and communicates the full potential of a song.

Smart and passionate, I'll make sure your track sounds the way you want it to! I have several years of direction experience and a history of working with different voice types and genres, so I am well in tune with my instrument and ready to give a great performance.
