My name is Zach Meyer. I've been writing, recording, mixing and producing music for 20+ years. I now run a hybrid studio here in Milwaukee, WI where I can work in the box, or mix out through a modest collection outboard. I believe the performance makes the song, not the production. I hate samples, and would rather capture my clients at their best.

What matters most to me is using music to enhance the experience, not the other way around. With a background of Game Design I know the psychology of how things are perceived and how to trigger tension. This combined with 10+ years of music production experience it gives the perfect blend to knowing how to use music and where (or not) to place it.

I love what I do and its not a job to me as I am also an artist who understand the need to be fully apart of the process, I can provide comfort as I have mixed vocals for rap artist such as the late Fred the Godson, Cristion D'or, Goodz the Animal and Beanz from the Netflix series Rhythm + Flow. If what I do doesn't help to enhance the vision of what the artist intends, then I wouldn't call myself a producer. My mixes are highly technical as I like to use features like Automation and Parallel processing to really serve the song. Fundamental acoustic Psychology drives everything I do so it applies to every style/genre.

Time and time again when I write with the pen, I rhyme another bar and then I start it all again, often in a state of zen without strenuous intent when my energies immense, and intensely condensed, into every single element that generates my strengths immeasurable extents when my penmanship commences. In other words I’m at expert at writing rhymes.
