The Shed, is yes, an actual shed that has been converted into a top notch recording studio, and has been carefully designed to be a premier environment for mixing, production, songwriting, and mastering. The Shed is owned and operated by myself, Dan Heroy. I have a passion for making my own music as well as making other peoples music come to life!

I specialize in mixing rock and indie music that hits hard, feels alive, and connects with listeners. Groove, dynamics, and atmosphere! Inspired by the warmth and character of 70’s tones and vibes, I blend vintage soul with modern punch, helping artists translate their vision into mixes that stand out.
