I've been playing piano and arranging music for over 40 years. I'm always amazed at the creativity of the folks i get to work with. For the last 6 years, i've been doing tons of music production for Christian artists and events. My work in the studio began in the late 1990's as an editor - long before Pro Tools.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My setup is pretty simple. I rock Pro Tools with a Digigrid IOS for plug-in processing. I have Yamaha NS10 and Genelec monitors. I use a SPL monitor controller and I'm really excited about my Pro Tools|Dock.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm easily inspired. It takes so much to find an outlet for expression. I'm not mad at anybody!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most musicians are proud and happy with what they've done. All i can do is, based on my experience, present a few different options. You know a fresh set of ears and perspective are priceless.

- I'm an in-the-box mixer/producer. My most important pieces of gear are my ears!
