Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital with lots of simulations by UAD. Fast workflow, very easy total recall, I can, but don't have to, edit every little detail.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: you are the boss, I help you to get the music, that you are looking for.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: If you don't want to waste money make a date to meet the provider, talk about the budget to find a clear deal, and discuss how you can save studio time/money. By the way you get an idea, if you want to make music with this person.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: try to get the musician into the mood that he can play fantastic

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

A: recording voices, guitars, live drums, grand piano..., discuss the best versions, sometimes arranging the material, mixing and mastering

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: I produced 4 Studio and 2 Live CDs with Mitch Ryder, fantastic singer. Since 20 years Recording of church organs in different churches. Amazing musical instrument and one of the best church organ player in Germany. Ca. 70 Live-CDs. You have only this one show, no mistakes allowed...
