Jazzy low voice with power to reach Metal Heavy nuances and Opera.
I have worked in music biz around Europe mostly as a "wedding singer". I'm ready to expand my repertoire and show what else I can do. I love all kinds of music and don't want to choose any genre over others. Therefore I'll be glad to sing your song for you and always do my best to give it life and meaning.
My voice is said to remind Shirley Bassey and Lita Ford, which I'm extremely flattered by! :) I have sung almost everything one can imagine over the years and had a chance to work with good musicians who have taught me a lot about singing.
In my example track I'll have to put up a mix of a couple of styles I've been doing lately to give an idea of what I can offer you. The songs are written by me and the arrangements done and instruments played by great musicians who I work with at a collaboration site called Kompoz. None of the songs are properly mixed or mastered yet, but my voice is very "hearable" in them :)

Interview with Parmia
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I'm proud to have been lucky to work with so many great musicians over the years. One of them was an incredible jazz pianist and Grammy winner Marian Petrescu.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My own songs which I'm about to publish when I get them mixed and mastered properly. I'm also doing a couple of songs for other musicians whom I'm working with in Kompoz.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to pay attention, take seriously the job, do my absolute best and respect the deadline.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Woods guitar. Papers (and pens). Seeds (for chilies, tomatoes, kale and garlic). Telescope. Fishing gear.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I was only 8 when I started to sing for audience. At the age of 18 I got a contract to work in a show turnee in Europe. After that I've been singing as a "wedding singer" for years.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Reaching to the "core" of the song and the message of it. Using my voice with passion to deliver the message.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: It's possible that I bring something new to a song. I'm not a typical artist and my vision might be "exotic" to some. Anyway I'm bringing my whole attention and passion to all songs that I create or sing.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Well...when I get the song to work with, I usually go for long walks in the woods. I create the idea while hiking. After that I record what I "heard" in my mind and start developing the song from that. I let the song mature in my mind for a couple of days before presenting it to my client. After I've got feedback, I start doing the iterations to make the song perfect for the client. The final recordings I do with care, trying to reach the perfect quality of raw material.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a small recording home studio. I'm using RODE N/T for normal use and Shure SM7B for rock. My DAW is Adobe Audition CC.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: There are many different kind of musicians that have inspired me. Great singers like Ella Fitzgerald, Freddie Mercury, Dio.. great bands like Led Zeppelin, Nirvana..great composers like Bach, Tchaikovsky...just to mention the first ones to come in mind :)
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I have written lyrics and melodies to instrumental backgrounds. I've written also quite many jingles to radio. Usually I sing myself both lead and harmonies.
