I am a mixing/mastering engineer with over 12 years of experience specializing, but not limited to, hip hop & R&B. Style: MODERN mixing/mastering, competitive with the current industry. My goal is to make your track sound comparable or better than songs of the style your track is. Upfront, Powerful, and Clean. I have done plenty tracks for Ray J.
Working with your rap/R&B track I am able to do any type of mastering style you want. SZA, Mary J Blige, Migos, and Lil Uzi Vert all have different mastering styles. I am able to do all. I am also able to make those type of beats for any style. Just let me know your references, and lets work! I am student of the game and I am always working on my craft, learning WHY certain beats or mastering/mixes sound the way they do.

Interview with InTACT Production
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm working on mastering a few albums, production for VARIOUS mixtapes, making videos for my beats and social media accounts to attract more followers/clients, building my brand, ALWAYS working
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: J Quake
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. I have WAY more flexibility, and let's face it, times have changed.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is that your track will have the exact sound you want 100 percent, because I will work and re-do until it is exactly what you want.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love to make great mixes. It's the most fulfilling thing to me.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Do you make *insert genre here* type music? My answer: Yes!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That I only do hip hop music.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What style of track do you need? what style of mastering would you like? Do you have any reference tracks you can link me to?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: A lot of engineers don't have the modern sound like the industry engineers and don't study it. I'm up late nights, all day , listening and learning new techniques. I want to create a "new sound" one day. To do that, I have to learn how to do the modern sound first to surpass it.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I think too much. I'm not sure lol.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I would like to work with Chris Brown. I believe he is the King of R&B and a master at voicing and writing music. I believe we would make crazy hits together.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Use high quality drums/percussion samples and use minimal EQ! It will carry your music a long way.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip Hop/Rap and R&B.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is the ability to make simple things sound amazing and complex. I capitalize on sonic sound.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring my marching band influenced background to every track which gives a balance of all layers of voicing. I love cinematic feel so that is brought to each track, combined with powerful, rhythmic drums.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: When recording I do a pre-master so the artist can already get a feel of what their song would sound like fully mastered. Thats a free service I offer with every studio session, a full mix. When making beats I go for the "final" product, and the best single material possible.
