I am a professional violinist and songwriter who has played on and written songs for multiple EP and fulll length album releases which charted on Billboard, Apple Music, and other charting avenues.
I am a violinist based in NYC with 15 years of classical training under my belt. I have extensive experience with a variety of different musical genres. Although I no longer compete, I was a bluegrass and Irish music 'fiddler' who won second place at the National Irish Fleadh and went on to compete at the Annual International Irish Fleadh in Tullamore, Ireland. I also have experience playing improvisational bluegrass music all throughout the South Eastern United States.
I am also a member of the band VON GREY, operating as lyricist, head musical arranger and song writer, and as a string arranger. The violin is my primary instrument, but I generally write on the piano and incorporate key parts into my arrangements. I am also a published poet, which bleeds into my lyric writing. I have done violin work as a studio musician in Nashville and LA, usually working on indie-rock, pop, country, and Americana records, although I do have some experience working with urban musicians and producers in Atlanta.

My second time working with Annika... and we are moving onto a third project! Highly recommend this gem of a lyricist. If you're on the fence, get off it already ;)

Annika did a lovely job with my song. Her lyricism is delicate and deep. I will defintely be sending her more of my songs in the future.
Annis a true professional. Very fast delivery and always top notch quality. Outsideic arranger, excels at doubling/harmony, and writes ballads wrought with emotion.

Turn-around time is generally 4 days. I work on a case by case basis for the number of revisions I allow, but my priority is making sure that everybody is absolutely thrilled with the final project.
