Was working with a great mastering engineer from my days in indie rock & alternative music but when I started making more club-oriented music, he just wasn't nailing it for a club system. I got turned on to Wheezie aka Fast Track and immediately the tunes are filling out the sound in the club. Huge but controlled low end, really loud, much more comparable to the stuff I DJ. I am self taught, so Fast Track has had to put up with a lot of amateurish shit in my mixes, but he gets it sounding good regardless. He doesn't phone it in and he wants me to sound my best.
