VMM Productions on SoundBetter

Founded by Producer/Writer Jason Threm (Music for the Future/Sony), VMM Productions is a one-stop solution for all of your music productions needs. Comprised of a team of Nashville’s hottest writers and engineers with placements at CBS, Fox, MTV and more, VMM is built to be a solution for getting you professional quality masters of your songs.

At VMM the art will always determine the process. We have a team of writers that will help you craft songs in a variety of genres, a production team to create top quality tracks (our productions have gotten nationwide radio play and sync placements), and an engineering team to give it the professional polish needed to be commercially viable in the modern music market.

Built to be full service, we are always looking for young independent artists who want help developing their brand, their unique sound, and getting started with placements and opportunities.

We'll start from a pre-production meeting where we discuss the above items and more about your artist career, vision, and goals. From this initial meeting we'll lay the blueprint to getting you a fully produced single, EP, or album.

Once we enter into production the fun really begins. We take the song demo, strip it to its basics, and build a sonic landscape that will blend the VMM sound with your unique artist sound. Things you can expect in VMM Productions include real horns (I'm a saxophone player by original musical trade), driving percussion, and full low end (I'm a self-aware bass junky).

The engineers we've partnered with at VMM will then take the production and look over it with a fine tooth comb, adding character and maximizing the quality of the product before it's ready to be introduced to the world.

Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

Jason is undeniably one of the best in town. He has a great ear for making sounds that bring songs to life. He’s incredibly diverse, reliable, professional and always forward thinking. You’re always going to leave his studio with a product that you are proud to share and will cherish for the test of time. He’s always pushing his artists and teams toward greatness. Not to mention the long hours he puts in to make such tasteful products. Jason is most certainly the real deal. I highly recommend working with him and will continue to do so myself.

I've had the pleasure of working with Jason many times. He's quickly become one of my favorite producers to work with. Always very professional, reliable, and unbelievably talented. Puts his own sound on every production, where I can hear a song and know that it was Jason who produced it. I highly recommend him for all your production needs!
