Hi! My name is Pauline (pronounced 'Paulina'). I currently have 240,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. You may have heard my voice on some of your favorite EDM tracks-I've worked with Taska Black, Habstrakt, Vincent, Kaivon, Naderi, and Hex Cougar, to name a few. I also produce my own music and am releasing my debut EP via Lowly Palace early 2020.
Rates: $1000 for writing + vocals. $600 for vocals only (please provide a full demo)
Terms & Conditions:
- One free revision, any other changes after are $50 per revision.
- Vocal stems will be sent once the job is marked as "funded"
- For additional charge I will creatively process my vocals/adlibs as I see fit
- Uncredited features only
I have 5+ years of experience and recently graduated Icon Collective, an incredible music production school [find me on the alumni page: https://iconcollective.edu/icon-alumni/] in Burbank where I was awarded 'Student of The Year'. In my free time all I do is write music/lyrics, sing and produce, so my turnaround time is very quick.
In blogs (Nest HQ, Acid Stag, etc.) my vocals have been described as "silky-sexy" and "frail yet powerful and full of emotion". My voice works best with emotional or soft music, but I can blend with almost anything.
All of my feature work totals ~10 million streams on Spotify and ~20 million across the board (YouTube, iTunes, etc.)
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Interview with Pauline Herr
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Emotional, heartfelt
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Flume. He's always been a big inspiration of mine and his music is super unique and inspiring.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Less is more!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: EDM
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Vocal melodies and songwriting
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Genuine emotion, character, unique songwriting and vocal melodies.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start off writing melodies to a song and piece together lyrics once I get the phrasing down. I always take lyrics from my own life experiences. Once I get the lead top-line finished I spend a lot of time making sure the vocal flows with adlibs, harmonies, doubles, etc. Then I touch up the whole top-line and get it ready to stem out.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use an Apollo Twin interface with a SM7b microphone and record my vocals in Logic or Ableton.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Flume, Naderi, Hex Cougar, Quiet Bison, Tame Impala, NGHTMRE, Slander
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly do top-lining for EDM music (house, future bass, dubstep, trance, etc.) and provide my own creative processing on my vocals because I'm a music producer as well. I love layering and creative processing for BG vocals and adlibs but I of course provide dry stems as well.
