Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: Jonathan Batey's upcoming country album is stellar, and will blow away its listeners. Album was mastered at Steel House Studio by Brandon Allshouse

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: Kyle Troop is a personal friend of mine, and a rad dude!

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: Music is my passion, and brings me joy.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: That mastering is just making music "louder".

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Ask me questions. I want you to find the perfect engineer that you can relate to, and who will give your music the "sound" that you envision!

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: Ive been involved with music and audio for the past 15 years

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: Dave Grohl. He's such a down to earth guy, and very humble, despite how famous he is.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: We love working on rock music, but also really enjoy blues, pop, metal-core, folk, and singer-songwriter!

A: Professional room treatment, miyo converters, room correction software
