From Music City, I'm a cellist for Call of Duty, Star Wars, Netflix, Disney, and artists from around the world. I will arrange lushes epic string parts and record them with top-level gear so you'll get a song that sounds incredible with the real orchestra of strings you dream of!
Cellist I String Arranger I Composer I Full String Section Recordings.
Whether a melodic one-line cello track or an entire arrangement of rich string orchestra sound, I offer to create the most complimenting addition to your music.
What excites me most as a musician is to connect to a new piece of music and join in with the cello. I put my soul into every note, sound, and texture.
As a singer-songwriter who's writing is based mostly on strings I have an ear for unique string parts that accompany a song beautifully giving distinct melodic lines, atmosphere and texture while always supporting the lead vocal and emphasizing the emotional message of the track.
Coming from a classical background I have had the privilege of working and performing with some of the world known renowned classical musicians such as Zubin Mehta, Joshua Bell, Itzhak Perlman, Yo Yo Ma to name a few, and with orchestras such as the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Orchestra, and Verbier Festival Orchestra.
If you’re looking for a rich orchestral sound, a string quartet arrangement, or a soulful cello melody for your track - you’ve come to the right place!

Teli was absolutely amazing! She laid down cello parts for 2 songs, and she went above and beyond. I sent her the string arrangements (which she played wonderfully!) but she also sent me alternative interpretations as well as extra layers that she had been inspired to create, and they've added so much to the records! On top of that, her turn around was efficient, and communication about the session timing etc. kept me involved which I appreciated. Look forward to working with you again!

Telalit was absolutely amazing. The performance, arrangement, expression she delivered was stunning! She took my half formed parts and vision and fully realized them beyond expectation. Being an engineer/producer who has recorded many professional studio musicians, I can honestly say that she is top-tier talent. Upon receiving her initial tracks, I could clearly tell she put in the years of time to become a master of her craft. I'm very thankful to have her on my production. Highly recommend!

Telalit "Nashville" was a JOY with whom to work! Her Cello Lead & Overdubs turned out to be a beautiful arrangement, with uplifting, complimentary, and exciting musical lines. Telalit did a superb job of composing and recording contrasting parts. It's probably more difficult to play a fast song on Cello than a slow one, but Telalit "Nashville" rose to the occasion! Job well done!

She nails the parts I suggest with quality, emotive, cello playing, and also contributes creative parts when asked. She is well worth the relatively small price. RECOMMENDED!

Great playing and nice to work with. I appreciate the communication to get clarification, and fast turnaround time. The right feel, the right style, and great creative ideas to make the parts better -- which is why I look forward to the next one.

What a sweet and amazing surprise to find a pro and one soul which seems to vibe at the same rhythm of mine. There were no issues and she perfectly understood the job and the needed mood. Thank you!

Cello Symphony did what i asked and more.
She executed the part that i suggested well, and with emotion. Sounded great. But she also made a couple more passes with her own take on the part. And added some punchy bits as well to help the overall song.
Money very well spent. - check_circleVerified

Interview with Nashville Strings
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I recently produced strings for a big series of venues. I arranged for an ensemble of 10 string players, produced them, recorded, and performed. But actually, I think I'm more proud about my recent cover for Game Of Thrones ha, I made it especially for season 8 and it came out DOPE!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Mainly my own album and some covers
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Sure! There're several excellent people whom I was lucky to meet here.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Hmm, both. Depends.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I'll give it my ALL. Always.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Literally all the parts of the job... from hearing a new song, to arranging for it, to recording it, to editing, and finally to getting feedback from the client.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How much would that cost haha And I reply - what's your budget
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That one cello CAN give the full rich string sound and can save the client the expense of a string quartet and larger ensembles. I'm still explaining that one often, but it's getting there...
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What would like me to do and how much freedom they'd like me to take for exploring
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: If you are not sure what exactly it is that you want pick a creative and highly professional provider who can understand you "without words" :)
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Cello Laptop Soundcard Mic Headset
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been playing cello since I was 4 years old. I started with classical and have a master degree in music performance. Then I turned to Tango and improvisation and later on started to write songs and sing as well, then it brought me deep into arranging and producing, and nowadays I combine all of those together.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Can I leave that to someone else to say ha?
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: These days Alicia Keys 'cause I love her complex yet catchy tunes, her classical background, and her awesome groove.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Give the song what it needs - not more not less and not necessarily what you desire at the moment. Really connect to the essence.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Really everything... from Pop to Rock, Trance, Avant-Garde, Folk and Indie.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Creating a creative type of arrangement "outside of the box", and recording a melody with a Jewish soulful sound that makes people cry ha ;)
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My whole soul, focus, imagination, and love.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: It varies, but always starts with listening to the song with my eyes closed.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have an excellent mic WA-87 which I love using for cello recording 'cause it captures the lows very nicely.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I love taking inspiration from very different genres and mix them togehter - I often arrange a catchy nice folkish melodic line and then depending on the song I surround it with either awesome natural cello effects taken from heavy metal style or some groovy rhythms taken from Tango style which I love so much. For bigger arrangements I get my inspiration from the one and only - Ennio Moriccone.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: String ensemble arrangement and recording of all the parts. Either a string quartet format or larger, up to a full string orchestra. But also a simple and beautiful one-track cello is common ;)
I was the string performer, arranger, played all the string parts in this production
