He claims to be a gospel producer but he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. HE preaches a false prosperity Gospel and has refused to work with me because I am aware of what the bible says and don't wish to cherry pick verses .

He is one of those preachers that likes to tickle ears and i make music that is not only encouraging in these times of tribulation but also giving knowledge of what the bible says the whole Bible .

Henry Smith is a gifted producer, audio engineer, vocalist and songwriter! Mars studio can meet the needs of ANY artist in any genre. It is an atmosphere well suited for creative musical combustion! I highly recommend Henry and Making a Resl Sound studio. My husband and I have grown tremendously as artists because of Henry. We are both happily working on our second projects at MARS.

M.A.R.S. accommodated me into turning a vision and sound in my head into fruition. It was such a positive, great experience,I told him what sound I wanted, and he made it happen. This includes my intro, all the way to the outro. What I also thought was great was the strive for perfection, meaning,he let me know if I needed to redo that take,if needed be. M.A.R.S. followed through with
His bargain 100% I will definitely be returning, thank you.. God bless

  16. A: That it is easy.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

That experience drew my passion even stronger. I then worked for 3 more years and resigned and opened a studio in my house in 2014. Then moved to a commercial space in 2016 and changed the name from studio mars to making a real sound. Mars. I had no audio engineering experience and had to fall on my face many times with horrible mixes. Until It started clicking and boosting and cutting frequencies began making sense. I've been an aspiring singer artist since 2002. I am 35 now and still on the hunt.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: Well I love to use afrobeat elements. I grew up in a Ghanaian household were all the music played by my parents was afrobeat or hylife music. Certain drum and percussion sounds and warped percussion I like to incorporate in my style. Cant leave out the soul.

If you were to ask me now who'd I'd want to work with I would say Timbaland, or DJ Khaled on the production side and Drake, Tank, Jermaine Jackson, Janet, Madonna Garth Brooks Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan on the artist side.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  36. A: Soul. I believe I bring soul to a song a real sound.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: It depends on the work I have to do. If I am constructing a full song I will dot down the concept and try to channel it into a movie or experience I've had or am recreating. Then I will open up my logic and produce a melody the words just come as the melody and hook line gets stronger. I finish the beat go over the words and do touch ups. Bring the mic out the booth and record.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: I am in the process of purchasing better studio monitors. I am looking at the passive JBL 6332 for midfield / main monitors with the no matching but workable jbl s12 subs with an Apollon amp. I currently have jbl and krk powered nearfields and a pair of ns10s. I'm using a Neve Shelford series mic pre eq compressor rack which is connected to my Aston Spirit Microphone. I am also using a 16 channel Digidesign pro control mixing board as my control surface.
