Producer, singer, and mixing/mastering Engineer. I've worked mainly on my own projects under the name P.O.E where I have gathered 300.000+ streams on Spotify alone. I'm so close to finishing some of my own songs and can't wait to show the world the stuff I've been working on. Let me help you get your song ideas finished.
I produce and write songs in Pop, Hip Hop, and EDM. I also love making cover songs and I've been doing that for myself the last couple of years while working on my own original music. So I can also help you with that epic cover you've been wanting to make.
I can also mix/master your projects.
I have a Bachelor's in music production in Norway, and I've also had a semester abroad at Staffordshire University in Stoke, England.
These studies have been really helpful for widening my skillset in production but also mixing and mastering.
There are a lot of professionals on this site, but I'm quite flexible and I hope I can offer what you need for a price within your budget.
Contact me if you're ready to get that song idea you've had stuck in your head out there for the world to hear.
Send me an email through 'Contact' button above and I'll get back to you asap.

I have worked with P.O.E on many different projects, and it has always been a good time. He is hardworking, has a real talent for music and a great guy to bounce ideas of. All you need is an idea, and P.O.E will turn it into an amazing song.
Have had the pleasure of working with P.O.E on several occasions outside of Soundbetter with him putting vocals on productions and co-producing a couple of tracks. Top lad with an ear for music.
Interview with North Paal
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Check the audio samples etc to see if you feel like it sounds like something you want to make, and remember that the ones with the most reviews don't always have to be the ones matching the best with what you're after hehe.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My mic, my audio interface, my MacBook, my headphones and a larger display (maybe..?)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've always been doing music. I wanted to be a singer for the longest time, which made me study music production and songwriting to pursue my dream of working with music full-time.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: mellow, melancholic, and lyrically driven.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Alexander 23 would be a dream. I love his lyrical genius productions and melodies.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: don't overthink stuff, most things I end up loving came from accidents or just rushing something. And a more technical tip would be to use sidechain compression on your reverb and/or delay busses. Changed my life.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Melodies
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I usually start with chords or drums, but lately, I've been starting with lyrics and melodies, cause that's what I often feel is most important in a song.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Classic bedroom producer setup and I love a more casual vibe. Yamaha HS7s, an Apogee duet 2, Slate VMS1 microphone, Sennheiser HD650, RODE mic arm. I work in Logic Pro X on a Mac Mini.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Alexander 23, Jeremy Zucker, Jon Bellion, AJR
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Production, songwriting or mixing/mastering
