My process of mixing music is one where I put project my clients vision & emotion as well as delivering a competitive record for today's market.
For hundreds of years, music have been broken down into the basic elements of melody, harmony and rhythm. This description has always seemed vague to me, since I felt it was missing the core element, music’s projection. That sensations that sound is projected outward with no hope of returning, a sensation we feel when the powerful beam of a search light flies out into the distance. For the ear as for the eye, there is a sense of a projection, of a journey into space. This is what music really should be defined as and it’s how I mix, feel, write and play music.
