Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Communication, communication, COMMUNICATION! Be upfront and honest about your goals.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: My aim is to do what I feel is necessary for the song, to highlight THE SONG! I don't try to "over-mix."
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start with a balance. From there, I'll do some rough automation, if necessary. After that, it's all about tone!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: As far as mixing, I'm a huge Jimmy Douglas fan! the Senator rules!!!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Although I don't do these exclusively, I primarily mix hip-hop and r&b.
