Helping people on a budget get high quality results with the music they love, and spent so much time to create. I've worked with international artists, GRAMMY award winning producers/songwriters, and continue to work on amazing music daily. Let's get to work!
I've been a professional producer/songwriter/mixer for over 10 years. I specialize in songwriting, label ready demo's, music production, mixing and vocal production, and mastering.

Interview with Tyler Sarfert
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Kristal (TYTE/TyteWriter) Oliver - she is a beast for anything vocal or top-line related.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I started 100% digital, but now take a more hybrid approach.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I like being able to work with an artist on a personal level, and help them towards their goals.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, Apollo x8p, Moog Subsequent 37, Telefunken u47, and Adam a7x studio monitors
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Sound selection is everything. If you can get that right, everything from the recordings, to the final mix, will be a breeze.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Typically I find myself working on pop, RnB, and hip hop. However, over the years I've worked on just about everything, and feel comfortable working with most types of music.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Whether a client needs a mix or a production, I always like to discuss what their vision is. I am in service to that vision and want to deliver the best version of that, on the quickest timeline. After that initial discussion, I will start towards the goal and check in with the artist throughout the whole process so we continue to make strides forward.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: It is a professionally treated recording studio, with sweet tube preamps, vintage synths, and a whole lot of vibe.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I am inspired by so much music and the people behind that music. I find myself always searching for new stuff, as I am always trying to grow and gain new perspective for the tracks I am working on.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I do mostly production, songwriting, and mixing for my clients.
