I help people to make their creative vision to become real.
I'm a professional music producer and composer. I live my life surrounded by music whether it is written by me, or with extremely talented artists, recorded for clients, supervised for record labels or just casually listened during jogging. I find extreme fulfilment in the craft this art.
I work from my home studio, surrounded by gears, guitars, synths and basically anything that can enhance the creativity and inspiration in the process, with access to top end professional studio facilities if needed.
I have always been in love with music, from the very first moment I embraced a guitar, I knew that would be my path, and after a few years, this passion brought me to the UK to develop my skills, and achieve a Bachelor and Master's degree in Music Production (First Hons).
My aim with every artist, director and client I meet is to build a relationship. There is nothing more important than being able to talk about music, feeling, visions and emotions in a safe and a creative environment that goes beyond the making of sounds, in order to release of the full emotional potential of the music we are crafting together.
Credits include EMI, Sony/ATV and FirstCom production music, alexa based video games, Erotomania by Melissa Otero, and various short films.

Interview with Luca Fagagnini
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Everything. Every single work of mine is filled with all I have got. I don't put different amounts of effort or involvement in different projects. Every single one of them is made with passion and hard work, to bring out the required narrative qualities its context requires.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I find it fundamental to not start and rush to work and compose, as usually a composer does. I feel the urge to just sit in my studio and play around to make music but I try to force myself in doing a bit of research first, get accustomed to the project, learning everything I can about it, and absorbing information and enough emotional involvement to then create something with is just married naturally to its contest. Then everything follows and the creativity flows along with technical knowledge.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I wrk in my lovely home, surrounded by my beloved gear. Everything runs in my MacBook Pro because I love to be free to take my work out and be able to just get inspired by a different place if needed. I travel a lot as well, so being able to work form a laptop is just super useful. I mostly work in the box, but I love to experiment with outboard synths and guitar sounds, and I sample everything I can so I will always have something unique to use in my productions and composition, even if just for a spark of inspiration.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: junkie XL and Hans Zimmer are my references for everything I do. Not only because of the type of music they make, but more importantly for their attitude, perseverance, determination and constance. With those and passion you can achieve anything in life.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I usually work remotely, although I love to be in the same room with my clients and bounce ideas and creativity off each other. My work consists in chatting about the creative audio needs of a project (music for film, music production, songwriting, etc) to get everything I need to develop the best music it needs. Then I get to work on the music constantly keeping in touch with the artist/director to shape together the final product and to be sure that he/she is happy with it. My final aim is for my clients to be happy and satisfied with my work.
