  1. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  2. A: Besides the session work I am also touring and producing a new country artist!

  3. Q: How would you describe your style?

  4. A: I feel like I bring a nice energetic feel to a lot of my recordings that make the songs exciting.

  5. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  6. A: I would love to work with you! I love working with new people.

  8. A: I'm a huge fan of Tom Bukovac and Dann Huff.

  10. A: A mix of both! I love to embrace technology.

  12. A: You will never miss a deadline.

  14. A: I like to get a vibe and a few example.

  17. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  18. A: Novo Serus J, my vintage Martin, a delay pedal, and ODR, and a deluxe reverb

  19. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  20. A: I have been doing this for around 15 years. I started like anyone else by playing in bands and from there got more and more into studio work.

  21. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  22. A: Listen.

  23. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  24. A: I work on a lot of modern country and pop.

  25. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  26. A: Listening and being the right guy for the part.

  27. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  28. A: I bring a lot of energy and vibe to my sessions. I treat every song like its my own.

  29. Q: What's your typical work process?

  30. A: I like to listen to the song, demo, or work tape and try to get a full vibe for it. After that I'll start working on layers and building out the song.

  31. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  32. A: I record everything through analog gear. For acoustics I normally run into a BAE 1073 into a vintage 1176 or LA2A style compressor.

  33. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  34. A: Most of my work is remote session work. I love working with new clients and helping their release the best song possible!
