Nosyrevmixing took a bunch of my very amateur recordings and glued them into a beautiful piece of work. Nosyrevmixing is extremely receptive to feedback and clearly wants to help you reach your own vision. I will work with him in the future!

I've worked with Nosyrevmixing many times. I ordered mixing and mastering of one full-length album of 10 tracks, one mini-album of 5 tracks, a single and a live album here. I was always satisfied with the results. Vladimir is a professional of the highest level, he always listens to my wishes and comments. Communication, correction and the solution of working moments are easy despite the distance. Work is always carried out efficiently and fast. Highly recommend Nosyrevmixing for collaboration.

Great mix! Done professionally, with taste and sounds absolutely perfect! Highly recommended to anyone who searching for the world class mix and admire experienced mixing engineers, not amateurs.
It can be hard to find mixing engineers who know how to mix shoegaze. Vladimir intuitively understood the sound we wanted and worked magic with our home recordings. He works quickly and thoroughly. I am so proud of the album my band is about to release, and we owe Vladimir a lot. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
Interview with Nosyrevmixing
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I always want to keep a natural sound and I mix gently, but sometimes I need more dynamics, energy and I can crush the drums or add distortion to the vocals.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Pink Floyd, Interpol, Coldplay, Green Day. Because I like what they do.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I spend time in the studio with a lot of different styles of music. One day it's Rock, tomorrow it's probably Jazz. But I usually don't work with EDM and Hip-Hop, because I know that there are many engineers who feel this music and do it better.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I like the live recording session, when the musicians play together and do magic in the studio. Then I edit some tracks, sometimes tuning the vocals and getting ready for mixing. Sometimes i mix Out the box, sometimes In the box, I use some rackgear to coloring and saturation. I spend a lot of time to finding the right balance between the tracks so that they work together and give the good groove.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My main recording studio is one of the oldest in Russia, since 1959. Petersburg Recording Studio has the big church hall with natural reverberation, two grand pianos (Steinway and Yamaha), harpsichord and organ “Vilgelm Zauer”. We have 24 channel tape recorder Studer A820, 2 channel Studer recorders , console Studer 905, Pro Tools system, some Manley, Avalon, DBX and Lexicone gear.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will try to make your music, as you hear it in your head!
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started a professional career at AnTrop Studio with the first Russian independent producer Andrei Tropyllo more than ten years ago. Before that I played music on different instruments, I wrote music, played in the orchestra and conducted a choir. I got a secondary and higher musical education.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: In most cases I record and mix different artists in different genres from classic to punk rock and shoegaze
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I really like analog recording and mixing. Sounds will be large and glued together. But today digital technologies give more freedom and the ability to save and return to the session. It's convenient and practical. I'm trying to connect these two worlds.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Interesting and different music every day - that's why i like my job!
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: How do you feel this music? What do you want to get in the end? What references can I use?
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Pro Tools, RME, Neumann U87, Shure Sm57 and monitors.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Ballance ballance and ballance!
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I love to mix))
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Maybe a little more energy and emotions
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I really like The Beatles, Pink Floyd and Abba. These musicians laid the foundations of modern music and sound. Therefore, I often return to them and draw inspiration from their art.
