Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Instrumental song for a pop/ idm genre set
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both, each serve many purposes and one does not go without the other. Without and ear to hear sound does it exist?......mmmmmm
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I'm dependable, if I have not helped you by giving you all that you expect, I will not charge you.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Being able to see the affect a production has on them and their intended audience
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That its just a click here and paste there. Theres so much more to creating a great song and track. The message /affect or feeling is what will last and speak the most no matter how good your production is.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: 1. What feeling or affect are you looking to get from the listener or audience 2. Describe how you want that to sound 3. What references do you have that will help me understand your stance on points 1 and 2
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Im here to help you get organized and complete your projects to your liking. If you show me commitment, Im with you 100% of the way.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: As a day job Im a Vibration Specialist for machinery. Been doing that for 11 years now, I hold a Technologist diploma and do Audio/Music work in evenings and weekends
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: hit you in the feels vibes with character and expression
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Muse, Their productions and process they use to keep with the times is admirable. They seem to find a new bar with every album and production.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Keep every song file you own, never delete. There are hidden playlist worthy tracks waiting to be worked on.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Soft Rock/Pop
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A great sound palette, Feel and vibe to a song.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: First I will write a beat or rhythm section to start a groove. Then I expand with melody and arrangement. I then mix the bus channels and run FX on the tracks. Bounce the track ready for Vocals to be mixed in.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use Studio one 3 as my DAW with Maschine integration. I have audio connection interfaces, computers and accessories and many creative and sound engineering VST's

A: Cubicolor, BT, Tool, Linken park, Incubus, Dr Dre, The Fugees

A: Resourcefulness
