Interview with Bottle Music
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: To make your mix sound good on every device. The track needs to sounds good on a cellphone, but also on earphones. I can make your drums pop out the mix, the sound be warm on the background and your vocals stand out!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: J Hus, Kojo Funds, Nines and the producers Jae5 and 5ivebeatz.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my time I'm mixing afrovibe and hiphop/trap beats. Besides the mixing projects, I'm a music producer and beat maker.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't overmix your track. Like putting an EQ and compressor on EVERY sound in your track.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I use Genelec, KRK and some crappy Logitech speakers (for reference). I have an iMac an Macbook with Logic Pro X and FL Studio 20.
