Session Guitar & Full Band

Atlanta multi-instrumentalist who can play a whole band on your song (guitar, bass, mandolin, harmonica, keys, e-kit drums and harmony vocals), recorded at home and sent back mix-ready.

I'm Tyson Halford, a working guitarist, singer and producer in Atlanta. I spend my days in my studio at Skyscraper Music tracking parts for other artists' songs, and I play whatever the record needs.

What makes me different is that I can cover the whole band. Send me one rough mix and I can add guitars, bass, mandolin, harmonica, keys, electronic-kit drums and harmony vocals, all played or sung by me, tracked to your tempo and key, and delivered as clean, aligned stems.

Guitar is my main instrument. I track with 15 guitars and a Kemper Profiler, so I can match almost any tone you reference, from chicken-pickin' Telecaster to big rock rhythm. Every guitar order comes with a couple of alternate takes at no extra charge, so you have options at mix time.

I keep things simple: you pay through SoundBetter, I send an MP3 preview, and once you're happy I release the full WAV stems.

Pricing: $150 per instrument per song (guitar, bass, e-kit drums; no acoustic kit), $100 per harmony vocal part. Harmonica in C and G now, other keys on request. 2 alternate takes on guitar. Delivery: MP3 preview, then 24-bit/48 kHz WAV stems (plus DI for guitar). Please send rough mix WAV, BPM, key, chart/lyrics, 1-3 references.

Send me a note through the contact button above.
