Clear, balanced mixes that bring your vocals forward and preserve the character of your music. Mixing, vocal editing and production for pop, rap, electronic and reggaeton artists.
I’m Mathis Peyruchat, a French audio engineer and music producer working with pop, rap, electronic music and reggaeton.
I completed a two-year audio engineering course at ACFA Multimédia and hold an Avid Pro Tools 110 certification. My studio experience includes Studio La Mansarde and an ongoing internship at Arena Studio in Montpellier.
Working with Pro Tools and Ableton Live, I offer remote mixing, vocal editing and music production. I focus on vocal clarity, tonal balance, dynamics and space, while respecting your artistic direction.
My audio sample, Tu y yo, is a released reggaeton track that I mixed and co-produced.
To discuss your project, send me a rough mix, your reference tracks, the number of audio tracks and your deadline through SoundBetter. We can then agree on the scope of the work and a tailored quote.

Interview with Mathis Peyruchat
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What stage is the song at? Can you send a rough mix and reference tracks? How many audio tracks are there, and what is the song's length? Do the vocals need editing or pitch correction? What are your deadline, budget and required deliverables? These details help me provide a clear, tailored quote.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I completed a two-year audio engineering course at ACFA Multimédia and hold an Avid Pro Tools 110 certification. My studio experience includes Studio La Mansarde, and I am currently continuing my practical experience through an internship at Arena Studio in Montpellier. I also develop my production and mixing skills through my own musical projects.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: My main styles are pop, rap and electronic music. I also work on reggaeton: the audio sample on my profile, Tu y yo, is a released track that I mixed and co-produced.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: We begin with a rough mix, reference tracks and a discussion of your priorities. After agreeing on the scope and deadline, I prepare the session and work on balance, vocal clarity, dynamics and space. I send a first mix for feedback, make the agreed revisions and deliver the final stereo WAV.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work with Pro Tools and Ableton Live. My monitoring setup includes ADAM Audio T7V studio monitors and Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I offer remote mixing, vocal editing and custom instrumental production, mainly for pop, rap, electronic music and reggaeton. I work with Pro Tools and Ableton Live.
